Hey friend! We’re Sam and Nick, the photographers behind Anorda Photography and we’re so pumped you’re here!
We’re full-time Asheville wedding photographers who have called the Southeast home our whole lives. And while our roots are strong in Georgia and North Carolina, we’ve worked all over the US. So whatever landscape is calling your name for your wedding day, you can count us in!
When it comes to our work and how we work, it is so much more than just being photographers. What makes this the best job ever, is being able to create real friendships so that when we capture this part of your legacy, we can do it beautifully and authentically. And while we’ll definitely be there to document those once in a lifetime memories, we’ll also make sure we have the best time together.

They did our engagement and wedding photos and neither day was what you’d consider ideal weather. For the engagement photos it rained and for our wedding, the fog was so thick that by the end of our time, we could barely see a few feet in front of us. Sam and Nick just rolled with it and were so good at making me and Andrew feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Every aspect of my experience with Anorda Photography was perfect. They are very punctual and professional with communication, and are very personable during your photoshoot. If you do not have a preference, they suggest great spots where you can capture the best lighting as well as poses to capture emotion, resulting in the best pictures. They don't go overboard with their photo editing software. Your pictures will look very natural if that is the look you are looking for.
